- Contains: 1 16" balloon of each letter in the phrase, 1 string, and one straw for easy inflation.

- Each balloon has two hanging holes on the top and bottom of each letter for ease of display. All balloons are shipped un-inflated.
- TO INFLATE: Insert the straw in the flap UNDERNEATH the inner lining flap. Here is a link to a video tutorial. Inflate balloons using a pump, or you can use any strong straw to inflate with air! We don't recommend using helium with these balloons as they are too heavy to float.
